Within training, participants were introduced with the Project WOMEX– The role of women in the competitiveness of exporting SMEs, funded by Interreg Europe Program. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of the active involvement of stakeholders and their role and support in improvement of measures and public policies that promote gender equality as an important element of the competitiveness of SMEEs.

The training was attended by employees from the City Municipalities of Lazarevac, Vračar, Stari Grad, and Savski Venac, as well as representatives of the Secretariat for Investments and the Secretariat for Economy.
