Within training, participants were introduced with the Project ADRISKY– Advancing Light Pollution Mitigation for Biodiversity and Nocturnal Habitats Conservation in the Adriatic Ionian Region, funded by Interreg IPA ADRION Program. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of the active involvement of stakeholders and their role in providing relevant input for the development of the Territorial Action Plan on Light Pollution for the City of Belgrade.
The Territorial Action Plan will be developed with the aim to set the operational goals and measures for raising public awareness and mitigating the negative effects of light pollution on the environment and biodiversity.
The training was attended by employees from the City Municipalities of Lazarevac, Vračar, Stari Grad, and Savski Venac, as well as representatives of the Secretariat for Investments and the Secretariat for Economy.
